I currently live in an apartment and I renewed my lease months ago when I moved here and the leases run from Aug-Aug since its mainly for students. Now it has come to be too much money and I'm having problems with a roommate who has also renewed the lease. How easy will it be for me to be able to cancel my upcoming lease?I need advice on how to get out of a lease that doesn't start til next month?
just throw it away.
